On what basis my information is processed?
We take care that we have always the basis required by law for processing your information. We might process your information on several different grounds. Who processes my information and is it passed on to third parties?
Your information is mainly processed by our personnel while performing their duties. We might also outsource some information processing, for example saving and processing information with information systems. In this case, we ensure, through agreements among other things, that the confidentiality of your information is maintained and that the information is processed in a lawful manner. We may also disclose the information otherwise required to fulfill our contractual obligations or as required by law or a competent authority. Will my information be disclosed outside the EU?
