User tracking

We use Leadoo’s tracking service to follow what users are doing on the site and combine this behavioral data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. On what basis my information is processed?

We take care that we have always the basis required by law for processing your information. We might process your information on several different grounds. We process your information to carry out contracts and legal obligations. We process your personal information under our legitimate interest which is to provide services and to practise and develop our business. Some information can also be processed with your consent.

Who processes my information and is it passed on to third parties?

Your information is mainly processed by our personnel while performing their duties.
